An architectural challenge faced Mike Bertnick of Northbay Sunspace in Petaluma. “It was quite a challenge to fit this sunroom into the current architecture of the home,” says Bertnick.

With an idyllic overview of the San Francisco Bay, including the Bay Bridge, Alcatraz and the city itself, Bertnick met the challenge admirably, providing his homeowners with the perfect vantage point.

“We have a saying: ‘Chosen once and cherished forever’ and this sunroom illustrates that,” explains Bertnick. “A sunroom is like no other room in that it allows you to bring the outdoors in.”

“The sunroom has a perfect view and is a nice place to go sit and read, to relax, and even to take a nap,” says Bertnick.
