Roger Foote is a do-it-yourselfer, and he seriously contemplated building a
sunroom addition for his home from scratch. That is, until he
discovered the Sunporch Structures website and kit. "I saw an ad in
Popular Mechanics for the sunporch. I went onto their website and
ordered their sample kit," recalls Foote. Impressed by that kit, as
well as the quality of materials used by the company, he ordered a sunroom
kit for his home.
"A do-it-yourself kit was
wonderful," says Foote. "We used the sunporch at Christmas and put our
Christmas tree out here. It has actually been a godsend. This is
our place where we come and relax."
The Design Awards are sponsored annually by the

dealers in the sunroom industry.
