The owner of this home was looking for a place for her children to play, but with the safety of an enclosure that allowed open windows in a uniquely-designed way.  Patio Enclosures was able to meet the demands of a difficult design.  "The space was originally a screen room," explains Dave Horan of Patio Enclosures.  "The family was getting very limited use because of the climate in Minnesota.  They wanted to extend that use."

"We are a custom manufacturer, and this is something we are very used to doing," says Horan.  "We incorporated what they had to maintain the integrity of the rest of the house.  Ultimately this is the result, and the customer was extremely pleased with the project when all was said and done."

The Design Awards are sponsored annually by the National Sunroom Association, comprised of manufacturers, suppliers and dealers in the sunroom industry.
